My Favorite Workout Classes

I tend to push myself much more when I take part in fitness classes as opposed to going on a run or to the gym on my own. I love a variety of fitness classes and feel it is important to switch up  your routine. 

  1. F45: This is the gym I currently attend and LOVE it. There is a mix between strength, cardio, and combo days. The workouts are 45 minutes long and have a HIIT style to them. This is a bit pricey, but in my opinion totally worth the expense.

  2. Pure Barre: I had been doing barre for about 2 years before I switched to F45. I enjoyed this workout as well and it is definitely a different type of workout. The point of barre is to focus on smaller muscle groups that one does not typically incorporate when doing other workouts. This workout class is great for toning, also the merchandise is beyond cute (always a plus!)

  3. Yoga: I like a mixture of hot yoga and regular yoga so the studios that offer both are typically my go to. If you are into lifting or running yoga is, in my opinion, a crucial aspect of your “recovery”. Stretching the muscles that you worked hard the day prior allows these muscle groups to heal and build properly.
