My Go-To Protein Bars

This will be a fairly quick post because I am very picky with protein bars. I do not like when you feel like you’re literally chewing on whey haha or if the bars are too chewy. Is anyone else this picky with protein bars or just me?!  If any of you have other suggestions I would love to hear from you; I am always open to expanding my horizons with food. 

These two bars are my go to snacks at work or after the gym. They are delicious and keep me full. 

One Bars: 

I really love the flavors of these bars. My favorite are the maple glazed doughnut and cinnamon roll. These are great because they have 20g of protein and typically 1g of sugar. These also can be bought pretty much anywhere, I would say that Target has the biggest selection that I have seen. 

Perfect Bar: 

These bars are amazing. The coolest part in my opinion is that they have to be refrigerated because they are so fresh and made with organic ingredients. These bars are made with nut butters, honey, and other amazing superfoods. The flavors are endless and always delicious. It started as a family business as well which I am always happy to support. These bars have about 12g of protein depending on the type. The only downside is the sugar. These typically have around 15-20g. Regardless they will keep you full and are also a nice treat.
